If you are submitting a certificate item that SGC will be printing, please make sure that the Item Description is exactly what should be on the certificate.

Procurement deadline is Wednesday, November 17th.

Pickup/delivery of each item to be arranged by the Donor/Procurer for a mutually agreeable date/time with the successful bidder within one week of auction. If this presents a problem, please contact:

Each physical item will need at least one photo (2 or 3 is better) to accompany the listing. For certificate items, try to find images that represent what the item is. The maximum size of images is 1 MB.
